It's a mad rush for unique identification applications

"The chaos begins at5.30 in the morning when security personnel woke up and asked for applications," said Samuel S, senior master message, T Nagar. The other offices are in Anna Salai, Rajaji Salai the GPO, Mylapore and Parktown.
